During the service sessions, no service personnel is allowed to:

  1. Make or receive phone calls and disturb the customer

  2. Argue with customers - always keep in mind that "customers are always right"

  3. Conduct unethical and tasteless behavior

  4. Pick or refuse customers

  5. Gossip about the Company's internal affairs

  6. Ask for or imply for tips - it is entirely voluntary for customers to give tips

  7. Talk about sensitive topics with the customer, including religion, personal hobbies, illness and other private issues
